Your Southeast Asia tour starts now! You are greeted at Yangon Airport by your personal driver who will take you to your hotel where you can settle down. Afterwards, meet your Travel Expert who will provide you with the latest information for a smooth trip in Asia. After freshening up, you will discover the Burmese capital without further delay. Head to the ancient Sule Pagoda and walk through the old colonial district admiring its fascinating architecture at every corner. Then, continue to the famous Bokyoke Market. In the late afternoon, do not miss the chance to admire the breathtaking Shwedagon Pagoda at sunset, a highlight of your trip.

The mesmerising temples of Bagan

This morning, you take a short domestic flight to Bagan, one of the most beautiful archaeological sites in Asia and a highlight of your Southeast Asia tour. Your guide and private driver are there to welcome you and bring you on a visit to the most important monuments of Bagan. You start with the Dhammazedi Temple where you can admire the thousands of stupas and pagodas scattered as far as the eye can see throughout the plains of Bagan. Then you visit Ananda Temple, Shwezigon Pagoda and Sulamani Temple. At the end of the day, climb to the top of one of the temples to catch a beautiful sunset over the plains of Bagan.

Hot air balloon ride and traditional market

Wake up at dawn to fly over the Bagan Plains aboard a hot air balloon. The serenity and light that surround this site at sunrise emit a special magic that offers you one of the most romantic moments of your Southeast Asia tour. After a good breakfast at your hotel, you visit the Manuha Temple located in Myinkaba village, home to many shops selling Burmese lacquerware, a handicraft which is known throughout the world. You will then visit the local market of Nyaung U and take a quiet stroll through colorful stalls, loaded with fruits and vegetables from the region.

The wonderful world of the Inthas fishermen

Today you take a domestic flight to Inle Lake, a vast expanse of clear water in the heart of the Shan Mountains. On the way, you visit a workshop of Shan paper umbrellas, one of the many crafts of the region. You then embark aboard a traditional canoe and navigate through the stilt villages, floating gardens and Inthas fishermen, the ethnic group that inhabit the lake region. With their unique rowing technique - using one leg - these fishermen form a mesmerising ballet on the water. You will surely be amazed by the landscape and the peaceful atmosphere. Return to your hotel on the shores of the lake.

Indein complex

This morning, you set out for the Indein complex, a village that is home to a set of eroded stupas overgrown with thick vegetation. This village is known for its lotus flower fabric factories. You cruise along a peaceful canal adjacent to the lake where you can observe the scenes of everyday life: women doing their laundry and children going to school. Then, an incredible lunch awaits you on the only floating restaurant on the lake. The chef on board cooks a traditional Shan menu made from seasonal produce that you enjoy in the midst of an unforgettable setting.

Tour of Mandalay

Before leaving this corner of paradise, hop aboard your canoe for a last trip on the lake. You then fly to Mandalay, the city of Burmese artisans and the jade trade. After leaving your belongings at the hotel, you set out for a cruise on the Irrawaddy River towards Mingun where you have the chance to visit a gigantic brick temple never completed due to numerous earthquakes. You wander through the village before returning to Mandalay to visit the Royal Palace.

Visit of the ancient royal cities

Today, you set off to explore the ancient royal capitals. Your first visit is to Ava, the former royal capital of several successive dynasties. Accessible by crossing a small river on a local boat, you will discover the site by horse-drawn carriage. Many beautiful vestiges are hidden in this stunning site, almost giving you the feeling that time has stopped here. Then, continue to Sagaing Hill, a hill covered with pagodas, where you take the time to learn about the monks' life in a monastery. In Amarapura, you visit a factory making longyis, the traditional Burmese clothing, before taking a sunset stroll on U Bein Bridge, the longest teak bridge in the world.

Hello Thailand!

This morning, you leave Burma and fly to Chiang Mai in the north of Thailand. Upon arrival, your driver will welcome you and take you to your hotel. Once settled, do not waste time - set out to discover this vibrant city full of cultural treasures. Stroll through the alleys of the old town and visit the numerous temples, such as Wat Phra Singh. At the end of the day, climb aboard a songtaew, a traditional “bus” to ascend to the temple of Doi Suthep and enjoy a beautiful panorama of the city. In the evening, do not miss the night markets where many street food stalls offer the best local specialties.

Meet the Asian elephants

This morning, head to the Elephant Nature Park, an elephant rescue and rehabilitation centre. Meet with the team and veterinarians who are raising awareness about issues affecting Southeast Asian elephants and how the center is caring for them. You get a chance to feed the elephants and, after a lunch in the park, you go down to the edge of the river to bathe them - take the opportunity to jump in the water and cool down! Help the staff rub these adorable giants while having fun splashing them. The experience is unique, for both adults and children. Return to Chiang Mai in the afternoon.

The capital of Thailand

Before taking your flight to Bangkok, why not go shopping in the markets and shops of Chiang Mai to look for souvenirs to bring home to your loved ones? Once at the airport of Bangkok, your driver will greet you and bring you to your hotel. Enjoy this day soaking up the unique atmosphere of the Damnoen Saduak floating market and exploring the Grand Palace. For a relaxing moment, why not try the famous traditional Thai massage based on the principle of liberating the body's energy lines. It is with a light spirit and relaxed body that you return to your hotel.

How about a day spent exploring this vibrant and fascinating city? Immerse yourself in the heart of Chinatown's vibrant neighborhood and stalls. Go for a stroll in the Thonburi district, along the maze of canals marked by local Thai life. Enjoy the heights of the city and its thousand lights in the early evening on one of its famous rooftop. And finally, let yourself be transported by the flavors of a delicious Pad Thai, fried rice noodles known throughout the world, before heading to your hotel for the night.

This morning, you leave Thailand and fly to Siem Reap in northern Cambodia. Your driver welcomes you at the airport and brings you to your hotel in the heart of this lively little town. Your adventures in Cambodia start now! For a first glimpse of the country, wander the streets and enjoy a glass of Sombai, the local drink, whose beautiful hand-painted bottles are a wonderful souvenir to bring back. In the evening, taste local specialties in one of the city's top restaurants. Take advantage of this break in your program to relax before the next day's visits.

The Temples of Angkor, the Khmer jewel

Your morning is spent exploring the ancient city of Angkor Thom ("Great Angkor") by entering through the South Gate. In the center is Bayon, where you can admire the 54 statues with faces looking in the four cardinal directions, and further on are the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King. Next, visit Ta Phrom, an experience that will make you feel as if you are travelling back in time, deliberately left to the nature by archaeologists and thus demonstrating the powers of nature on the work of man. In the afternoon, visit Angkor Wat, a masterpiece of Khmer art, the most famous and most impressive of all the monuments of Angkor Temple Complex. Spend a relaxing evening after an adventurous day!

Excursion to Tonle Sap Lake

Your day begins with a visit to the Khmer Habitat Interpretation Center, built to promote the richness of Khmer architecture. Then go to the banks of Tonle Sap Lake for a visit to one of its numerous floating villages. This lake, whose seasonal floods rule the life of the Khmer people, was declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in 1997 because of the exceptional diversity of its ecosystem. Hop aboard a local and sail among the curious dwellings where the inhabitants adapt their way of life according to the level of the lake. Return to Siem Reap in the afternoon.

Flight to Laos

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from the hotel and bring you to Siem Reap airport to catch your flight to Luang Prabang, Laos. Upon arrival in Luang Prabang, your driver will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel in the heart of the city. For a first shopping session, we advise you to visit Ock Pop Tok. Located in a tropical garden on the banks of the Mekong River, this weaving center offers guided tours of their workshop and the chance to learn more about Laotian fabrics. At the end of the day, go to one of the terraces along the Mekong River to watch the sunset.

Visit of the former royal capital

At dawn, wake up to watch the monks wander through the old town in their orange robes to collect alms from the villagers. You spend your day visiting the city of Luang Prabang. Classified as World Heritage Site by UNESCO, this city is home to numerous temples, each beautiful in its own way. In the heart of the old city, Wat Xieng Thong is undoubtedly the most emblematic of the city. Next, head to the Royal Palace, now the national museum. After lunch, visit the Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre to find out more about the country's ethnic diversity. In the evening, stroll to the night market and taste some of the colourful local specialties.

Kuang Si Waterfalls

In the morning, you leave your hotel with your driver to go into the Laotian countryside. In the middle of the rice fields, you experience a typical Laotian day by learning the cultivation of the rice. Advised by your guide and assisted by a water buffalo, you enjoy this opportunity to learn more about this aspect of daily life in Laos. You will then enjoy local products made from rice and cane sugar. Your lunch, a picnic prepared by one of the best restaurants in Luang Prabang, takes place on the edge of the sublime waterfalls of Kuang Si. After a short hike around, you hop in the car and return to Luang Prabang.

Hello Vietnam!

Depending on your flight schedule, you can spend the morning enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of Luang Prabang before your transfer to the airport for your flight to Hanoi, Vietnam. Your driver welcomes you and brings you to your hotel in the city center. Let yourself be enchanted by the atmosphere of the Vietnamese capital, with its heritage of French colonization and bustling activities, particularly in the old district and around the famous Hoan Kiem Lake. Don’t miss the chance to observe the Vietnamese drinking coffee on stools in the street and try the famous Banh Mi, the Vietnamese sandwich that is perfect for a small snack.

Depart early in the morning through rice fields to reach the beautiful Halong Bay, a UNESCO Heritage Site. Here, you embark on a cruise aboard a traditional junk through magical landscapes. Your cruise in Halong Bay is punctuated with delicious meals on board, stops to explore hidden caves and a visit to a fishing village. Feel free to hop in the water to cool down! You can choose to admire these beautiful landscapes from your kayak or relaxing on the deck of the junk. Night aboard the junk in the heart of the bay.

Today, you can choose to sleep in or wake up early to attend a Tai Chi class as the sun rises over Halong Bay. Enjoy these last magical moments in one of the most beautiful places in Southeast Asia. After breakfast you hop aboard a small boat to visit the Surprise Cave. The panorama that greets you after climbing the stairs for 10 minutes remains in everyone's memory as they admire the stunning view of Halong Bay. After lunch on board, you say goodbye to the crew and take the road to Hanoi Airport to catch your international flight. End of our services.
