You will experience Rajasthan like a Maharaja: visit the beautiful and colourful cities of Udaipur and Jodhpur, you will also enjoy the pleasantness of the Aravelli hills and their village scenes reminiscent of a bygone era. Gujarat, the land of Mahatma Gandhi, is a State less travelled by visitors. It has a wealth of experiences on offer: from indigenous tribes to first class art and craft, Jain temples, forest reserve with endemic species and cities from the most ancient civilizations of the world.

Relax during the day in the Indian capital. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport and flight for Udaipur. Welcome at the airport and transfer to your hotel. You set off on a stroll in the alleys of the city. Night in the hotel. Udaipur, the romantic city of Rajasthan, is set in the backdrop of the hills of the Aravelli range. This chain of mountains stretches from the interiors of the north of Gujarat up to Delhi. It divides Rajasthan into 2 distinct areas: to the west, the Thar desert with land having sparse vegetation; to the east, green and fertile expanses of land, washed down by generous monsoons.
Discover the ‘'Venice of the East‘', built around the Pichola lake on which you can take a boat ride. Visit its Palace as well as the shopping alleys of the old city. Possibility of a horse ride to discover the surrounding countryside, accompanied by our riding guide Dinesh (not included in the price). Night in the hotel.

Proceed by road up to Dungarpur, a small town that holds great pride in its fortress. Transfer to the ancient palace of the Maharaja. Visit the city and/or take a stroll by the lakeside where a number of birds live. Night in the palace.

In the morning, we will leave by road for Ahmedabad. Visit the old city dotted with several mosques and "pols" (structure of typical houses in North India). Night in the hotel.

During the day, visit the Calico Museum, dedicated to textile art and located in an exquisitely beautiful haveli. This will be followed by an excursion to Adalaj for visiting a superb Vav or step well. Towards the end of the day, visit the Sabarmati Ashram, founded by Gandhi in the early part of the 19th century and from where he set off on his long Salt Satyagraha. From the Ashram, there are beautiful views of the Sabarmati river. Night in the hotel.

You set off by road for Dasada, the gateway to the Little Rann of Kutch, a vast stretch of salines and pastures, constituting a unique ecosystem. Check in at the hotel. Excursion to Dasada and the surrounding villages in order to meet with local tribes, known as Adivasis, either sedentary or nomadic tribes. Night in the hotel.
A day devoted to the exploration of the forest reserve where you can sight rare animal species, especially the onager (Wild Asian Ass) and a number of other animals: antelopes, nilgais, wolves, migratory birds such as demoiselle cranes, pelicans, greater flamingoes. The grassy islands, a food haven in this salty expanse, can be as tall as 3 m. Night in the hotel.

You set off by road to Mount Abu, a borough perched aTag 1200 m altitude on a plateau of the Aravelli hills in Rajasthan. On the way, you will stop at Modhera for visiting the splendid Surya temple, dedicated to the Sun God. You then continue by road to Patan, which prides itself on housing one of the most beautiful step wells of Gujarat, the Baoli of the Rani. Arrival at Mount Abu by the end of the day. Check in and night in the hotel.
Rest. Visit the marvellous white marble Dilwara temples, a centre for pilgrimage in Jainism. A walk around the Nakki Lake and sun set at the Sunset PoinTag 15 minutes away from the lake walk. Night in the hotel.
3/4 h drive - 120 KM
You cut across the Araveli hills and move towards Ghanerao, Narlai or Jojawar. En route, you will discover yet another superb Jain temple at Ranakpur. Night in the hotel. The Indian countryside perfect for discovering picturesque rural scenes: women at the well, shepherds and their herds of goats, nomadic families of Gaduliya communities...
Then you will drive down to Jodhpur, the blue city, dominated by an imposing fortress. Night in the hotel.
1h10 Flight
Visit the Mehrangarh Fort, which houses the Umaid Bhawan palace. Take a stroll in the alleys of the old city until you reach the Clock Tower and the Sardar Market right beneath. Flight for New Delhi early afternoon. Discover Old Delhi and its markets. Transfer to the international airport at night. End of our services.
